After a miscommunication on the day we needed a garment ready. The manager went out of her way to look for and retrieve it from the main location. She kept in contact me via text because I was at work and couldn't speak. Thank you for rectifying the situation. Very impressed.

While struggling during the sever weather, and the challenges that the weather caused... I was surprised and grateful that this laundromat was open. I was without power for 4.5 days, and know it had to been difficult to staff I was super appreciative. They were having water pressure issues, and some challenges, but it worked out and my clothes got cleaned.
