Our unit had an error message, and we called the previous company we had dealt with. It was clear they were not going to be of service to us.

My AC went out so I called Long's Heating and Air Conditioning. This was at around 6pm, most other were closed or not answering. Long's sent out two tech in about 20-30mins, they stayed for almost an hour to troubleshoot and found the thermostat was bad. They replaced it and all is good. Awesome service, quick and efficient! My go too AC company from now on.
