A family member of mine had been using this agency for 6 months. My family member has a rare case so it took the nurses and LVN to get done a system that would work. We finally had found a particular nurse who went above and beyond everytime she came for a visit. My family member felt so comfortable with this certain nurse. Unfortunately that special nurse left and went to work for a different company and now all of the sudden and out of the blue they came up with all these excuses so they wouldn't have to take care of my family member anymore. I use to get my cpap supplies on the first or second now I am lucky to get it on the 10 or 18th. I don't understand why it
takes so long now . Maybe they need more help. I have been using this company for 8 years ...If I call them and complain they are short with me ..What else can I do ?

Received home care from this company for seven months due to surgery. I have nothing but praise for their excellent care of this patient. Special thanks to nurses: Brandy O, Analisa R, Valerie, Rachael and Brenda. My heart goes out to all of them. They are my Heroes!!
