Rolando was great, very professional and friendly and got the job done in a timely manor. He also went above and beyond and called to notify of me that our tenants back door was slightly open and that their dog had gotten loose in the front. He managed to get the pup back inside and closed the door. He called before, during, and after to let us know that he was able to get the dog back inside and completed the service. He is awesome and provided great customer service.
Our technician Chadwick Wallace was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about his job. We would like him to come every time if possible.
