We have known Fred for years now and all his friendly staff. We have gone on short and long trips and have never had any problems. They are warm and loving to all the animals. Send lots of pictures during each visit with your pet and always go above and beyond. I highly recommend them! We have used this service several times and I trust them with my pet family more than my own relatives. We get videos everytime they come to our home and this last trip, Fred even took Bruiser,our dog, to our veterinarian! We love them! They are the best.
Fred and Janet were absolutely fantastic with our cats on two separate occasions. Fred came to our home prior to our first sitting arrangement and met our cats and talked with my husband and I in depth about our pets needs. He even suggested some veterinary options for us as we were new to the area. During each visit, Fred (or Janet) would send updates and pictures of our cats. They also leave an "in" and "out" log detailing what they did each visit. Our cats fared much better staying and home with visits from Fred and Janet than they ever did being boarded. We would absolutely continue working with them if we were still living in the area. I highly recommend!
