Elite Nails

Elite Nails is a popular nail salon that many customers have started visiting in the past two years. The staff is generally friendly and does a good job with most services. However, there have been some inconsistencies in the quality of pedicures, with some customers reporting that their toe nails were not cut or filed straight, and the gel was not applied well. Additionally, some customers have mentioned that the massage was not very noticeable and there was no offer of water during the service.

On the positive side, the salon has accommodating staff who are willing to stay late to fit in appointments, such as when a customer needed a last-minute acrylic nail service before a wedding. Alex, one of the standout nail technicians, is praised for his beautiful work with nails and nail art. Customers have noted that he pays great attention to detail and consistently delivers perfect results, making him a go-to person for any type of nails. Overall, while there have been some issues with the quality of pedicures, the salon has accommodating staff and skilled technicians who provide a relaxing and luxurious experience.
