After getting the runaround from every AutoNation service department in town, I discovered Elite Auto. Freddie made it SUPER EASY to get an estimate for the work on my mini, called me when the parts came in, was very transparent about their current workload and found a day/time that worked well in my schedule. I highly recommend them 100%
Finally found a shop that specializes on MINIs. I have to say that Freddy was very attentive and took care of business. He understood what needed to be done to my MINI and was in constant communication. They have a cools system that takes photos of the item(s) that need repaired.
I found the shop I was looking for. so glad red is back on the road
