the unhelpful receptionist decided to laugh at me as I mispronounced Mr. Cueller's last name. As it is not a common name, you would think someone of an educational background might pronounce it correctly instead of assuming that everyone knows the dialect. Upon hanging the phone up she then called me a "waterhead" which is an insult I am ALSO not familiar with. Might be another word/name I don't understand. I guess it is a Corpus Christi thing.
