Great crunch location! Always clean— including the mens locker room. The equipment is up to date. The staff is friendly. Good A/C. Music volume isn't too loud if you're wearing headphones. They also have HIIT and other classes available too sign up for.

I had a confusing billing issue at Crunch Fitness, and Josh went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Attempted to use thank you to nurses week free trial pass which states good to use if you not used a guest pass within 30 days. I did use a guest pass under someone’s membership over a year ago. The front desk person with facial piercings named Valerie said once you go inside a gym even once you are no longer able to use a free pass. My pass I received via email stated the current date and Valerie still refused to honor and did I either have to pay the day pass or sign up for membership. Paid the one day membership and had a horrible experience under her management. All other workers were great just wish Valerie didn’t make me feel bad for trying to get a membership.
Update: I emailed as suggested by the Crunch team that responded to this review and received no response.

I love love LOVE this gym! It's soooo clean. There's ALWAYS someone doing some sort of deep cleaning in the gym. They bust out the ladders and get into the hard to reach place to insure our gym is clean and pure. They have such a good selection of equipment, there's no need to switch gyms ever. The different levels of member ship also help for anyone looking to work out on a budget, to someone that wants to work out like a king. Gotta say, those hydro massage chairs is the perfect finally to a great work out. Anyways. Time for leg day. 🦵🏽

I feel like I am being scammed. I have tried to cancel my subscription first time I went in to cancel was because was moving. They continued to reply with you have to wait after then 50 something dollar annual payment after I had been paying 10 each month. I waited. I am a college broke college student. I moved 2 hours away from the gym and they tell me I have to come in to cancel my membership. Call again and they say I have to pay 140 to cancel it. This makes no sense very much a scam if u ask me. Don’t lose your money to this gym. Zero stars if I could put it.

Gym its self is nice, most of the staff is awesome… management is the worst! Was told not to cancel bc they can transfer my home gym to where I am moving. Took over a month and multiple conversations for them to turn around and cancel my membership. Did exactly what I was told to do to get the transfer, they never put in the paperwork, then was told the documents I submitted for proof of residency isn’t valid and requested a document I do not have after specifying I do not have said document. Would’ve continued with crunch if they simply transferred my home gym like they said they would/could do. Will not be signing up with them again
