My son goes here, I wanted something that would help my baby get fit, slim down, and teach him self-defense,so we wound up here. One of the best things is the class sizes they're not too big to where my son gets lost in the crowd or overlooked, but they're also not so small that there's only a few other students & my son. It's big enough for my son to have sparing partner options but small enough to where if a student is struggling with something one of the instructors can easily notice & assist them. The instructors are patient and able to work with different levels of children and adults. They foster an encouraging, friendly,fun,and safe environment while still challenging the students and pushing them to excel.

Experience is highly recommended! Proud to have such a professional and family friendly Capoeira/MMA organization in Corpus Christi! After a short period of classes I find myself wanting to expand my skill set and growth in all aspects. Awesome community filled with skill, musical talent and pure, hard working people. I found this place from a Facebook ad and they mentioned having bulletproof classes for kids so I went to sign my son up and his first day everyone was so welcoming. We're going on 3 months of the classes and my son loves it and looks forward to going everyday!10/10 Recommend

Great place to get the whole family active again, and to instill discipline and culture. Mestre Chris is an amazing instructor and finds ways to work with each student through their journey. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to learn the art, gain the flexibility and muscle control, and become a part of something great.
