I use their electrician this morning and plumbing this afternoon. The electrician was expensive just to replace a switch that took him less than 15 minutes roughly around $247. The plumber was a lot faster and he was affordable. Did a wonderful job. Either than that the service was great. However, I do question electrician 200 some dollars for a switch replacement is pretty excessive.
I have been doing business with Mathews CCAC since their skilled technicians installed our new HVAC unit five years ago. I can confidently say that their customer service after the sale is second to none.
Whenever we have experienced an issue with our unit, Gloria, the dispatcher, has always taken the time to patiently listen and promptly advise us of the earliest available appointment. In fact, I can't recall a single occasion when our HVAC system wasn't repaired within a few hours of my call. Gloria is consistently courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
