I wanted to take the time to write this review. Dr. Kravchuk and his staff are absolutely amazing!! We have been clients since my 5yo was a baby, after moving to a different city, I looked for a different dentist but Dr. Kravchuk has set up the bar way too high. Today we had an instance where we had an appointment with him, but due to an emergency he was out of the office and I was going to be seen by a different doctor. I was so bummed after specifically requesting him, and driving from out of town, however I do understand emergencies happen and just wished I would have gotten a heads up. I brought this up to their staff, I was seen by a new doctor that was also amazing, and super nice/ personal with my daughter. Before my daughter started her treatment, the staff told me that Dr. Kravchuk was on his way to perform treatment on my daughter after hearing that I drove all the way from Austin. No other doctor would do that!!! I already thought very high of him but after today he has forever earned my family’s business and we will not go anywhere else even if this is a drive for us. His bedside manners, and personality are great for kids that are fearful of dental procedures like mine. I am truly thankful for him and all his amazing staff. Not to mention that the place is an arcade which makes it enjoyable for the kids, and they all go home with a toy after every visit. 100% recommend. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my daughter!!
