They like to close down 10 minutes early everyday. Very unprofessional and highly do not recommend!

My wife and I had a recent bad experience with Annaville tax service,Corpus Christi Tx.We wrote a valid ck for tax prep.28 Mar 2019.notified by tax service 12 April 19 ck returned for stop payment.25.00 penalty fee to tax service. Notified bank 13 April,research ck,bank rep found ck still valid,rejected by online banking sys,system was off-line.tax service was aware sys was down for update when they tried to cash ck.bank asked that we notify tax service,re-submit ck they would cash it and waive penalty.notified tax service owner,not interested,her time to valuable.said she really did'nt care about time spent by bank reps or us.Good... read full review

We have been using Annaville Tax Service for years. We started using ATS in 2009 when working at NAS and haven't looked back. We used them when we were in Greece for two years and video chat online to communicate. We currently live in New Braunfels and have no problem driving round trip. I appreciate Sharon's honesty (even when its not what you want to hear) and attention to detail. She makes every effort to resolve issues and is not like some of those others people that shrug you off. We will continue to use Annaville Tax Services until they move to or open up a new location New Braunfels. lol
