Ladies. Stop everything and make an appointment to this wonderful find for you brow and lash needs and wants. Staff is so helpful and inviting. Technician is knowledgeable, caring and takes her time to do the job right. In an industry that often work on getting women in and out to make the most money this place works to do the work right for each one of their customers. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is UNBELIEVABLY attentive to customers' needs. I'm talking like " the customer is always right "old school stuff . I have never seen these women visibly annoyed or upset which is pretty much unheard of in customer service these days . Besides the excellent customer service the technicians are wonderful. I have seen Lauren - a master stylist since Day 1 and she is simply incredible. Listens to anything and everything I want , and actually seems to LIKE her job. She is skilled and attentive and I simply cannot say anything negative about her. The location is centrally located with tons of parking and the price is RIGHT !
