First day at 9 Round was yesterday. LOVED it. This place is personable and in-depth in customizing your overall Wellness needs. Both staff and members have great vibes. I had FUN. My walk with Fitness and Wellness is quite long and I still left there with knowledge I did not have before. It's been about 2 years since I went to a gym. Both upon leaving yesterday and this morning I still feel the afterburn of lower and upper abdominals, rib muscles, front and back thighs and glutes ... WITH NO BACK PAIN OR DISCOMFORT!! I had no idea that I was even working all of those! Hahaha .... can't wait for my next round ??
After being in the Army for 7 years and boxing training for years this by far is the most challenging and beneficial workout I've experienced and I've only done my introductory workout
9Round is the best gym you could ask for! I have been a member for about 4 years now, and it is an essential part of my lifestyle. I'm grateful for the challenging but fun workouts, lead by awesome trainers that truly keep you motivated. The community of trainers and members at this gym are welcoming, encouraging, fun and always entertaining! You will 100% of the time get a killer workout when you come here. 10/10 I definitely recommend!
