I also bought a voucher and had to call and email twice before I got a call.I had a good experience, however, he never even mentioned x-rays. I feel like I got a good exam and a great adjustment. My voucher was for 2 adjustments but I was not able to make my second appointment. I left a message 45 min before my appointment and explained but I never got a call back. That was Friday Jan. 22. I finally got a return call at 5:35 pm on the 25th. but I missed the call so I have left a message on Tuesday 26th and 2 messages on Wed. 27th. It is noon on the 28th and NOTHING!!
