She is fantastic. She listens to where my problem areas are and works out all the stress and tension that I carry in my neck/shoulders. She has tried several techniques and given me tips on how to alleviate some of the pain between sessions. She truly cares about her clients and their needs. For example, today I woke up with severe neck/shoulder pain shooting into my head and she fit me in for a shorter massage even though it was a holiday weekend. I won't go anywhere else.
I don’t normally treat myself to massages, but I decided to try the head spa at Selfish Kneads Bodywork—and wow, I’m so glad I did! Y’all, I came back to work and everyone said I was glowing! It was incredibly relaxing—I may or may not have taken a quick power nap during the session. ? My scalp feels so refreshed and clean, and the whole experience was just what I didn’t know I needed. I was so lucky that my mom got me a gift certificate for a Japanese Head Spa specifically for short to medium hair! I can't recommend this treatment enough—it's such a relaxing experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you should! Rose is absolutely amazing!
