RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & BIASED didn’t even get to make it to the doctor. I read reviews and they was mix before I actually visit. But I was first in line once they open mind you appt at 8. The goofy black girl with glasses is rude and lazy she told me to change providers so I stepped outside to do such and said I had to reschedule when the provider said I could still be seen. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn’t even get to meet the doctor. But it’s Friday we will see Monday how the doctor visit go. But by the way the receptionist and the collages rather talk about breakfast instead of customer service I recommend finding another clinic that’s going to put your concerns before their own. I work 60 hours and decided to go to the doctor with appt on my off day.

They called my elderly Mum to say they have an appointment for her in 10 minutes and they weren’t going to refill the prescriptions she needs to live until she comes in to see them.When she said she can’t make it they told her the next appointment wasn’t until February sometime after needing a prescription refill. She told them she doesn’t have transportation and their response to her conflict is that it is not their problem. This is a terrible place with terrible people to say that to someone. We are looking for a new doctor and I will be filing a formal complaint this is wrong and unacceptable.

i had an appt at 11:45 went to check in at 11:40 paid at 11:42 went and sat down in the lobby in front of the check in desk. There was one other person in the lobby they were taken care of and left as i sat. I sat in the lobby for an entire hour and i went to the desk to ask about how much longer the wait would be for them to tell me, they inform me my appt. that i’ve been physically sitting in there lobby for was canceled as i was sitting. There was nobody else in the lobby at all for almost the entire hour i sat. when going back i got 3 apologies for wasting my time thats it. won’t be going back here

I'm so disappointed my mom been going here over 20 some years this has been D worse experience sense her doctor left n retired unprofessional to another level what is going on u go from 3* to a 1*rating I can only say some the doctor's are holding it down but fix your young staff it's not professional please!!! Clean house..

Dr. Perry has been and still is very supportive of my and my wife's health issues. He actually takes the time to listen and then explain things in layman's terms so that we fully understand everything. He gives us options that he thinks is best, plus all the others and then allows us to decide what we can afford and do! He actually cares about his patients, we are self pay with no insurance and he works with us with cash discounts and plans our pain management within what we can afford. He's been very patient with me and understanding of the fighting for disability for the past 5 years. He does everything he is able to do under the law to help. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a family doctor.

My wife and I have been a patient of Dr Perry for 13 years. He is always supportive and has been there for us through a lot of health issues the two of us have encountered. He always takes the time to answer all of our questions and has a very positive attitude. We never feel rushed when we leave his office. His staff is very professional yet cordial. I would recommend Dr Perry to anyone of any age. He is just a super guy who really cares about people.
