I came in for physical therapy because I’ve been dealing with lower back/lumbar pain, and honestly I was nervous at first because back pain can really affect your everyday life and work. But the moment I walked into this place, I felt comfortable. Everyone welcomed me with kindness and treated me with respect right away.
They introduced me to the doctor immediately, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like I was truly being cared for instead of just being another patient. You can tell the staff genuinely wants to help people heal.
After just my first visit, I already felt relief and left feeling hopeful for the first time in a while. I truly believe I found the right place to help me recover and get my back healthy again. I’m very thankful for everyone here and highly recommend this clinic to anybody dealing with pain or needing physical therapy.

I just finished up my PT protocol here for post ACL surgery and I have nothing but great things to say about the place and the people here. They made me look forward to coming in for something that probably doesn’t sound too fun to most people. Knowing ACL recovery is supposed to be tough had me nervous but the crew here makes it such a positive experience. They’re very knowledgable and you can tell they truly care about patients. Good place and great people.

Can I recommend Dr Schnappauf & his team enough... I first came in for sports medicine therapy & pre-op strengthening before my hip replacement a couple years ago. I believe this preparation made every inch the difference. After surgery, they guided me through post-op recovery with care, PATIENCE, humour galore & expertise. During my lengthy recovery, I saw them treat all sorts of patients, injuries & age groups. Since then, they’ve continued to support me through SI joint issues and A/C joint pain, always tailoring my treatment. Their knowledge, encouragement & genuine commitment to their patients have helped me regain strength, mobility & confidence. Truly outstanding care.

I walked into this shaped like a question mark and left feeling like a Greek statue. These physical therapists? All I can say is not all superheroes wear capes.
After getting ligament reconstruction surgery (MPFL), I started PT not even being able to lift my leg up. 2 months into PT, I’ve regained almost all my range of motion and can do many more strengthening exercises.
Dr. Schnappauf makes sure he thoroughly answers every question I have. He’ll tell me exactly which muscles are getting worked, why I need it, how I can do different exercises at home, and what I can do at the gym in general to improve workouts. He’s a wealth of knowledge!
Aliyah at the front desk has the nicest smile, Liz pinpoints exactly where I need muscle work, Stephanie cheers me on like I’m training for the Olympics, Edward always checks on me to make sure I’m ok, and ALL the other staff I’ve worked with make PT amazing! I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, and everything in between.
My knee is reborn, and I owe these legends my life.

I went to Core Physical Medicine in Coppell today for an initial assessment and adjustment today and was absolutely floored by the kindness, service, and customer service of the entire staff. Dr. Mike Schnappauf took great care in going through the likely causes for my pain and seemed to really love his craft.
I have never seen a chiropractor before, but if I could recommend any team, this would be it. In a time where customer service is more novelty, I was very appreciative of their willingness to work with me and make sure I understood everything that was explained to me.
I will most definitely be referring anyone I know, who asks, to Core Physical Medicine!
