After my initial poor experience, I was contacted by the manager, Shonda, and invited back for a corrective haircut. She was extremely friendly, took the time to understand what went wrong, and delivered exactly the haircut I was originally looking for. Her professionalism and customer service completely turned things around, and it’s the kind of experience that would keep me coming back to her for future haircuts. I’m updating my feedback by removing my previous review and sharing this new one based on the improved experience.
Stopped in today before work to get a haircut. The wait was pretty short. Only a few minutes at most. I usually pick first stylist when I check in and I was lucky enough to have Shonda cutting my hair. She truly did an amazing job and I will definitely be requesting her next time I come in. She was professional, quick and you could tell she was very experienced. Thank you!
