Always went here for a quick cut never had a problem until now never get your cut by Tommy he did the opposite of what I wanted I said instead of a 1 and 0 blended on the side it was just a 1 and he didn’t even line me up and my hair was uneven on side and top and he cut the top 2 short so no way on fixing it now i have to be with a bad cut for a few weeks until it grows back also he didn’t even cut the back hairs or shape it

Came in earlier today I seen someone else comment about the same issue I had got a bad haircut today and it was by the same employee Tomy didn’t want to say anything so I just went home felt bad for the guy older Asian male but maybe he shouldn’t be cutting peoples hair.

After my initial poor experience, I was contacted by the manager, Shonda, and invited back for a corrective haircut. She was extremely friendly, took the time to understand what went wrong, and delivered exactly the haircut I was originally looking for. Her professionalism and customer service completely turned things around, and it’s the kind of experience that would keep me coming back to her for future haircuts. I’m updating my feedback by removing my previous review and sharing this new one based on the improved experience.

Stopped in today before work to get a haircut. The wait was pretty short. Only a few minutes at most. I usually pick first stylist when I check in and I was lucky enough to have Shonda cutting my hair. She truly did an amazing job and I will definitely be requesting her next time I come in. She was professional, quick and you could tell she was very experienced. Thank you!

Over the ears mean covering the ears. Above the ears mean cur over. I asked for over the ears. I got the wrong cut
