Megan did a fantastic job. I had some pretty tight deadlines to meet to get into a new home and from day 1 Megan was on top of getting my home listed and sold. Within 3 days my home had an offer. The offer was above asking! On top of all that, Megan went above and beyond in many ways from negotiating down seller co cessions to ensuring we closed on time. Megan paid every attention to detail and was a fantastic realtor to work with.
