I’m using Joshua as my realtor to sell my home and I will be using him for finding me a new home. I cannot say enough good about him and his eagerness! He is passionate, driven, and has patience. He’s kept me updated on every little detail and step along the way. I get messages on how many views, saves, and offers that my home brings. Joshua is very thorough and accommodating to my needs. I’m not the easiest to please and accommodate but he is going with my flow. I definitely recommend Joshua McGowan!

I pride myself on meeting and exceeding expectations set. Prior to entering into the real estate world, I served 10 years in my community as a high school teacher and coach. The education experience has taught me valuable lessons and strategies to help reach my clients' goals and meeting their needs.
