I was looking for some other activity to be involved with and hesitantly attended my first class assuming I wouldn't like it and move on to something else. Since putting him in jiujitsu he hardly ever gets in trouble in daycare now. It is a great outlet for kids with lots of energy and for them to learn discipline and focus.
