My wife had her annual appointment here in January. She checked the self pay rate before scheduling since we were paying cash. Before she left, she paid the entire bill. A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn’t be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It’s the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn’t rocket science, it’s not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can’t handle something as simple as a cash payment, I’m not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. My wife and I are so disappointed in the lack of care we have received from this office.

Can never get a hold of the office and it’s been 3 weeks that I’ve been trying to reach them, email them, text them & NO RESPONSES AT ALL!! Really horrible customer service…

I love it here. They have helped me lose up to 65 lbs so far and feel better. I have less fatigue and hurt less. Aimee has helped me change my health through eating cleanly. My practisoner left but I know my new one will be just as amazing. Alex in the front is so kind and quick.

Lovely, comfortable location in Coppell. Front end staff warm and welcoming. Skilled medical assistants and lab techs. Their infusion center has expert nursing personnel. Their physicians’ focus is on wellness and total body health. I recommend to all my friends. Love my doctor Michael Sullivan and his nurse, Keisha Nickerson.

Lori is absolutely amazing! I just went in for a follow-up appointment, and she has developed such a great, clear plan for my Hashimoto’s. She truly took her time to listen to me and address my concerns. I’m currently on a protocol of two medications and two supplements, and today we did my follow-up lab draw. Amy the nutritionist is incredible, too! She is so balanced and supportive. I hit my 90-day mark on AIP Paleo today, and she has been so helpful in navigating a balanced reintroduction phase. The entire experience was seamless—everyone was so nice, from the front desk check-in to the blood draw. I’m actually looking forward to getting my labs back! Highly recommend this team.
