I always have a good experience with whoever is working at the location, and always feel a bit sad for them. The last 4 visits it's someone different and they all say the same thing, that they're the only one working from open to close and that it's been that way for weeks.Staff your store! Quit working everyone to death and pay a living wage to get more help in there.Service: Haircut

I do not see the web check in has any priority, wether you checkin or not, if you are present at saloon, you are the priority.be present at the saloon to get your turn.web checkin is only a show up that you are busy, no matter what is the wait time, what's your no on queue, it's all depends on your personal contact.Service: Haircut

Even though they are very understaffed (due to covid and challenges in finding help these days), I have been very happy getting my hair cut at this location. The lady there (unfortunately, she is the only employee left here) does an excellent job, was very pleasant to speak with. Even on a busier Saturday morning, she takes her time, does a great job and is an asset for the company. We often read complaints and rarely get to hear about positives. I just wanted to share. Thank you.
