I've had rarely "less than" service here. Almost all hair stylists are very professional, thorough, and courteous. I've no issue recommending this business to anyone.

Mixed experience. It depends on the hair styler. Their employee change is very frequent. So the person who is taking care of you today might not be there in six months, which is frustrating. Other than that I like their service. Also, they offer good promotions.

I always go to Great Clips and have been very satisfied with my the service received.This location was new to me and if I return, I would not have the same stylist cut my hair. It was uneven and very "chopped" looking. Not my usual experience.
