Very nice and knowledgeable, and definitely convenient. Unfortunately, they did not tell me that they don't have laser services in-house until I was already there, and then offered me laser services at their location in Frisco. Not sure why that wouldn't be part of a dermatology practice.
I've been seeing Liz Widmer for many years, and I can honestly say she has changed my life. She has helped me manage plaque psoriasis, acne, a rash, and even supported me with weight loss. Every time I see her, she brightens my day--she radiates positivity and genuine care for her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain, and make me feel comfortable no matter what I'm dealing with. While the office staff can sometimes be difficult to reach, I've never had any problems since I always meet with Liz via telehealth and communicate with her through the patient portal. The medical care here is very good, although I wish appointments ran much more on time. Elizabeth in particular has so much genuine care for all her patients, and it comes through so clearly. It makes appointments worth waiting for.
