We have used Coppell Heating & Air Conditioning on several occasions and have always been impressed. JT did a great job on maintenance. While he suggested a small amount of work, there was no pressure. We signed up for annual maintenance and will have the recommended work done. Thanks for being thorough, friendly, and low pressure. Much better than previous experience with the competition.
Our Trane experienced a circuit board failure and would not operate as required. Both Austin and Leo were positive and responsive in attending to our problem. Being without heat can be an issue in Texas in December. Not only did they respond in a very rapid fashion, but obtained the required part and installed it an expedited manner. I strongly recommend this company for any A/C or Heating problem you might encounter.
Coppell Heating and Air is amazing and the one and only Austin is why we are loyal customers!! He has helped us for years in Coppell and was kind enough to help us in our new home in Dallas. He is kind, efficient and goes above and beyond everytime! Thank you Austin for being our go to all these years.
