We woke up this morning to a 56° house and put out a call to Thomas Heating and Air. Due to all the weather, Kenneth was snowed in but that didn't stop him from loading up his personal vehicle and arrived at our house within 30 minutes of the call. The problem ended up being a bit more extensive than he originally thought, but he put in the time and effort to make sure he diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly.
