Absolutely horrible. My husband and I both had crowns done there. Mine came off the same day. My husbands hung on for 2 years. Just came out while he was eating mini blueberry frosted shredded wheat cereal. The dentist we used to fix it said it was due to the inferior cement used.I was also talked down to the entire time, they only play Christian music, and they knowingly overcharged me. I had to get my insurance involved and make a call twice a week for over a month to get my $300 back.

Where do I start... First, they didn't process my claim from October 2018 until last month. I had to call them to ask why my claim hadn't been processed yet. The only explanation that they could give me was there is someone taking care of it now. No I apology for any inconvenience of why it wasn't done until now. Second, they owed me money for charging me a deductible and I explained to them according to my EOB there is no deductible that I should have paid them. When they say they will call you back and we are working on it. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!! I've been going round and round for almost a month now. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The administration is horrible and unethical as they do not follow up with resolving accounts. They do not refund the money you've paid in overpayments. They screen calls and never answer emails. 3 years! I'm going to file a BBB complaint and filing one with the IRS as this seems to be a common problem.
