They were pretty good. Really seemed like they were trying their best to suggest to me inexpensive ways to treat my illness and in the end they were just like, "Eh, we're just seeing a lot of this lately just hang tough and let it pass."
They seemed nice and relatable but very hesitant to do anything that would have cost me money and that's ok. Definitely a quick "get in and get out" kind of clinic.
There is little to no wait time at this urgent care. You just fill the registration form online and once you’ve done that, you’re on the list. The Nurse practitioner Ashley was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I appreciate her and the staff that helped me.
Overall it was a good experience. I checked in online. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen, 10 minutes with a doctor, prescription was sent in and I'm on my way to feeling better. Everyone was pleasant to deal with.
