She was generous enough to honor the gift card, and I was able to book the Japanese Zen head spa with Valerie. Valerie ensured I was relaxed the entire time and was sure to check in with me frequently on water temperature, pressure, etc. I left Elite with the cleanest and most pampered my scalp as ever been and a few days later my hair is still super soft and shiny. Not gonna lie, it's a little small inside and they don't have chairs for you to sit on when you wait but they do get you in a seat pretty fast depending on the type of service you're gonna get. The pedicure station are pretty close together, but lina does a AMAZING JOB. I recently worked with DIOR and he did my nails soooo perfect. Exactly how I wanted them. 10/10 would recommend. I was a loyal customer to Asiana nail lounge by north star but the last time I got a pedicure there it wasn't the best. I love my new salon.“
