Surprised and totally unexpected, I was faced with a flooding refrigerator freezer compartment which was also making a mess in my kitchen. Realizing the cause was the refrigerator freezer, I immediately unplugged it , to no avail! I then pulled the refrigerator freezer away from the wall and went to turn off the ice maker water valve only to find it wouldn’t turn off. Faced with a continual flow of water, I shut off the water to the house. At this point, it’s Friday around 5pm and I have no water to my house. Josh and Jacob came to my house to install a water softener. They showed up on time, very professional, quick and cleanly with the work they preformed. They answered all my questions and concerns I had. I would recommend to friend and family, I will be using them if I need any future work.
