Chloe the hairstylist is absolutely amazing! My power went out right before a wedding and she took me in with open arms and was so kind and did an amazing job on my hair! Coming back because of her!! Amazing customer service!

We love this Ulta store because everyone is so helpful & the store is always clean & well maintained (great selections, testers available, swatch cleaners, etc). Today we tried the salon for the 1st time & were so happy. Sydnie gave my daughter a back to school cut that was exactly what she wanted. Sydnie complemented her hair, asked questions, told us about other services & just made my daughter feel so comfortable & special. We can’t wait to come back & also try new services. Also, as I sat & waited during my daughter’s service reading my book I heard the stylists talking with each other & their working relationships are amazing. Liz was incredibly helpful. I was looking for a very specific product and she was able to immediately show me where it would be found in the store and she went into the back when they were out of stock to see if she could find it there. She recommended a great product to try and let me know that I can return it after I try if it wasn’t the right match for me. She was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable while I was in the store.
