I’ve been a customer here for a while and my experience has honestly been the complete opposite of some of the negative reviews.
Valerie and Sophie have always been very helpful. They are professional, respectful, and very clear about how the loan works, including payments, interest, and timelines. Anytime I had a question about my balance or payment history, they were able to explain it to me and go over everything in detail.
Yes, like any loan, you need to stay on top of payments, but that’s not unique to this place. From my experience, they’ve been fair and transparent, and I’ve never felt misled.
