Was told about Dr Thomas's Animal Clinic back in 2018 or 2019 (hey its been a bit and I've slept since then lol) when I called our PetPaws animal clinic wanting to get a stray tom seen because he had a bad upper respiratory infection. We had used PetPaws in the past, but they didn't have anything available for a week, they suggested Dr Thomas so I called them. They couldn't get me in that day but were able to get me in that week. First impression upon walking in was, "Wow what a calm, relaxed environment for a vet clinic!" We have followed Dr. Thomas from his previous clinic. He helped us years ago when our kitten broke both hips and honestly saved his life. Dr. DeBose also saved my dog's life by telling us the blood work would help us determine if it was time to euthanize. Granted my dog is 12 or so years old, but we really wanted to make an informed decision. She took the time to discuss cost and the pros and cons of our options. Same dog a few weeks later, I took to the shelter for his annual rabies shot. The vet there said point blank he had an ear infection and said he did not have medication on him. My dog suddenly became ill and when I arrived they offered to arrange emergency help twice. She was a senior dog and was much more ill than I realized. I asked for euthanasia and they were thoughtful and gentle. I have two dogs now and this is where we still go for shots and annual visits.
