All went great with my procedure. My recovery is going great. The Dr and his staff do a great job.

USN Disabled Vietnam Veteran Home: Conroe Tx I've been away from this practice for a few years @VA dental services. Today in the chair with a broken top frontal tooth everyone treated me as good as or better before I left. I always wondered why he doesn't have another dentist there. I can see he really doesnt really need another dentist because his staff is fine tuned to perform all of the time consuming and less technical tasks for him so he can concentrate on the job he was trained to do. I'm glad to be back in his chair again when I dental problems! As a patient I can call or text his cellphone 24 hours a day! He has always been responsive to me! When money is tight for me or my wife he gives us discounts on some services. Their front office person, Cherish, has always been a blessing to us! We will never change Dental centers.

Dr. Richards and his staff were wonderful during my crown procedure. I was very nervous, and they truly took that into consideration—being patient, careful, and extremely communicative every step of the way. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful experience much easier.

Due to a hard impact to my mouth at 14-years old, I have severe PTSD of the dentist. It took me some time, but I finally found someone sensitive to my needs and my triggers. Dr. Richards and his staff have been the perfect fit for me. They are kind, gentle, informative, patient, and compassionate. He even gives you his personal cell number for after-hours concerns or needs, and he responds immediately when you have to reach him. If I ever move, it won't matter how far, I will always travel back for him and his practice.

I'm am so glad Dr Richards and his staff are still there!!! Yippie!! I got the best pair of dentures I've ever had in my life time there in 2015 when I first arrived in Texas. Nine years later, I'm over 2000 miles away. Dr Richards dentures compliment my features perfectly, people were amazed they were dentures. Unfortunately due to my continuous breaking, with many repairs, I haven't found anyone that can replace the work that I received there.
So I'll be back!! I need a perfect pair, only Dr Richardson can help to perfect the things concerning me ( Praise The Lord Saints).
Either we will be on the plane headed to Conroe, or my husband & I will be driving in.
Thank you again, I'm sure everyone is still awesome sauces!!!

DR RICHARDS is the best dentist in Conroe. I am in my 80s and have had many root canals and crowns. My teeth are very important to me and I am thankful that I found the best dentist John Pool

I've been going to Dr. Richards since he opened. He has always been super friendly and does great work. The ladies at his office have all been with him for years and are always super happy and very friendly. Cherish in his front office always remembers me and checks me in as soon as I walk in. I have never felt pushed to get a procedure I didn't need. I only go for my routine cleanings every 6 months and only spend about an hour in there. The wait is never more than 5 minutes when you get there. The hygienists are very thorough and take their time to make sure you don't get hurt. My hygienist remembers our previous conversations and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. Just remember if you go somewhere and the same staff is there, it's because their boss treats them very well. It's always super clean as well. If you are looking for a new dentist please consider Dr. Richards and his lovey staff.

I absolutely hate the dentist. I hate any metal object scraping on my teeth however the dentist and dental hygienist were so gentle and constantly asked me if I was ok. The TV's on the ceiling are a very nice touch. Helps keep ur mind off of the scraping. Dr Richards... Well I can't say enough about him. He was so thorough and he made an excellent treatment plan for me. Plus he's not bad to look at either! Best dentist ever.

5 star dental office, staff and dentist! I’m a new patient and Dr. Richards made me feel very comfortable and squeezed me in for an urgent appointment. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and is very knowledgeable. I Will definitely recommend him and his office.
