Kay is incredibly talented and patient. She really listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures I brought, and explained how my hair type would work with the haircut I was asking for and what I could expect. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair! I loved it! She also took the time to show me how I can style it at home, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
