I have been to this salon three times now. And today Brooke just blew me away. She cut my hair (pixie cut) and really nailed it. She was attentive and asked a lot of questions as to what I really wanted. She was very precise and knowledgeable. Such a good experience! The owner is also pretty great. She is always around and answers calls and e-mails personally and promptly. It’s appreciated!
I had a recent appointment at [Salon Name], and while I initially left feeling like my haircut wasn’t quite right, I was so impressed with how the owner handled it. She reached out to me personally and was incredibly professional and kind—clearly committed to making sure I felt happy and confident with my hair.
I came back in for a quick adjustment, and she made a few small changes that made all the difference. I absolutely love how it turned out!
It’s rare to find a salon that not only listens to feedback but goes above and beyond to make things right. That level of care and attention really stood out to me.
