Awesome barber that takes care of you. This shop has been here, in Conroe, TX, in the same building and location, since 1912. It's known for being the oldest barbershop in texas. Prices are low compared to other hair-salons.

Leon used to cut my hair back in the 80's when I was a kid. My grandpa owned the AC business a couple buildings down the road. Bob Shepard used to own the place and either he or Leon, a young buck back then , would cut my hair. We'd get a nice warm helping of shaving cream on the back of our necks and a piece of bubble gum. These were some of the best memories of my life. I'm glad to see Leon is keeping the place going. I'd love to be able to take my son here for a cut while the opportunity exist but we're two states away now. Would love for my boy to get his hair cut by the same guy who used to cut my hair. Take care Leon! Maybe we'll get to see you again!

Went to shepards for the first time today. Leon did a excellent job! And he worked me in in between appointments which I appreciated very much. I highly recommended shepards. A great old fashioned Barbershop.
