This was my first visit with my large husky mix. I was truly pleased with the level of service and the attention to detail by the entire staff. I had been so disappointed with my previous vet clinic that I had to make a change. I am glad I did! The staff took the time to get to know my pup. They took the time to fully answer/address my questions and concerns. I felt like they cared and that I wasn't viewed just as a dollar sign.
Great location for me - easy access. Very accommodating (as a new patient I had to change my appointment I might expect some irritation but they were SOOO NICE), pleasant welcome and smiles upon arrival, smelled and looked very clean and hygienic. The Vet Assistant was professional and welcoming asking appropriate questions and not rushed. The Vet took the extra time to listen to my dogs history and give a detailed exam as well as sound recommendations respecting our wishes. We very highly recommend this office and are thoroughly pleased with the care and the economical fees charged - 6 stars.
Staff and doctor were great and very caring. We have 2 elderly dogs and they spent all the time we needed to get proper test performed and questions answered. They informed us we did not need certain test (so we spent less) as they would not alter treatment plans. Highly recommend!
