I brought my goldendoodle to this shop today. It was my first time so the experience was free. I did the self service wash and dry. Since it was my first time, everything was explained to me by a very friendly girl named Emily. They have everything there that you would need to wash your animal (shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes etc) including and apron for yourself. There was no pressure on any “up sales” of any kind. There was also no feeling of being rushed or a time limit, which was nice because my dog has a lot of hair to get dry. The place was also very nice and clean. I saw no hair or debris floating around.
