Nova Medical Centers provide occupational healthcare services such as drug testing, physicals, and work-injury care. The staff is professional, polite, and takes the time to care for their patients. The facilities are clean and neat with friendly staff members. Some patients have experienced a strict environment during drug testing and may feel rushed or uncomfortable, especially when waiting to use the bathroom. However, other patients have found the staff to be extremely informational and accommodating, making them feel welcome and well-cared for. Despite being busy at times, the staff remains friendly and understanding, often allowing flexibility if patients need to return later or leave briefly. Overall, Nova Medical Centers aim to provide excellent outcomes and strive to exceed patient and client expectations.
I had a pleasant experience here! I came here for a work TB test. All staff were incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. Although they were pretty busy, they seemed to work efficiently through their patient load.
I recently visited Nova Lab for a pre-hire drug test and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the team of young ladies! They were professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. Considering the nature of their work, they maintained a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout. Truly, they are the 'A-Team'! Highly recommend Nova Lab for any testing needs. 5 stars isn't enough - they deserve 10!
Facilities is clean and neat with nice staff members as well. The only issue and reason being for a 4 star rating is the wait when having to do the test. Really 4.5 in my opinion plus I've been using this facility for services like 7yrs now and it's been up and down, but never once did I have to deal with rudeness or anything it's just the wait to use the bathroom. No I'm not saying they won't let you go to the bathroom so if you have to go, ask, and they'll let you do what's needed but it might take longer for your process to finish.
