I had an amazing experience with Kelly at Dr. Nikko Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel completely comfortable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Kelly’s professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit. Thank you again for such wonderful service!
I came in with a skin issue and the staff was warm from start to finish. I was really happy with the NP and nurse who made me feel comfortable. I’m excited to start a skin care routine with them!
Cathleen was a pleasure to meet! We felt confident and well informed with the care plan. I can’t say enough great things about her and the level of care she provided :) even though there is other patients and a bit of a wait, you will have her full undivided attention (and bonus, she’s funny!)
Scheduling was also hassle free, able to make an appointment within minutes and confirm insurance coverage.
