Went there for a diagnostic on a car Mercedes purchased on an auction. Since I did not have the key I asked if they could do me the favor to make a temporary key to perform the diagnostic. The service advisor (Anthony) said: "we are not here to do favors" Then they charge me $1600.00 for a new key and the diagnostics. These people are full of air. They think that they can treat others like crap because they did not purchase a car there or they have an accent.

Just a heads up that you may want to think twice about purchasing a Windshield Protection plan from this dealership. I brought my 2024 GLE450 in for scheduled service a month ago and also required a windshield replacement due to a rock strike and significant crack. I was informed that they did not have the windshield to replace when picking up the car. Thanks! Over the past 30 days of driving with a big crack in my view, I have heard from MBOTW only once. I'm still waiting to hear when they might be able to get a replacement. Really? How come Safelite can do it anytime tomorrow. Maybe this dealership paying too much attention to shipping costs and not their customers. This was second and will be last car I will purchase from this dealership.

I took my car in for servicing when a light came on. Prior to my taking it in, I had called them for an approximate cost...it was the ABS light. I received a quote for the part as well as the labor. When I had it in there, however, they told me a different amount...I would have been ok with that...BUT it was an amount that was several hundred more than what I was quoted. When I told my service rep, John, I was quoted a totally different amount, he asked when I called exactly so they could listen to the call!? He didn't believe me! So, I gave him the exact time of the call. Regardless, they didn't offer to do it for the quoted amount..so I picked up my car; and when I did, John could not have been colder to me. It wasn't my fault they quoted a different amount over the phone....but he sure made me feel that it was! I took my car to Bertini's...which was significantly less than what Mercedes wanted for the repair. ...

I brought my car in for service around 9:30 am for a B4 check and Steve was there to assist. We talked about my car and then Anna from the front desk was there to show me the coffee area. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. I had great service for my car and for me. I was out of the dealership by 11.

You would think that a dealership like Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands would have higher standards, but this is definitely not the case! After dropping my vehicle off & having their Pre-Owned Manager, Justin, assess it, he sent me a valuation (in writing) which I accepted. I agreed to the amount he provided me & notified him I would return the following day to sell the vehicle & sign required paperwork. He replied, "Great ask for Mike". When I returned the following day, Mike (Sales Manager) sent someone else over to handle our situation. Since this person was brand new, he returned with his General Sales Manager. This person, Nick (General Sales Manager), proceeded to condescendingly inform me that he was not going to purchase my vehicle. I asked him why they were not going to honor the quote I received in writing from their own Pre-Owned Manager, but he arrogantly replied that he was HIS manager. So despite having a documented quote in hand, it's astounding how they still refused to honor their own written promises. Instead of the professional & esteemed regard I was accustomed to associating with Mercedes-Benz, they were instead rude & dismissive. Their discourteous attitude made it clear that they couldn't care less about providing decent customer service. The most appalling part was their complete disregard for ethics. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's another to blatantly deceive customers. Providing a written quote & then refusing to honor it is not just bad business practice--it's deceitful and unethical. It's a slap in the face to anyone who walks through their doors expecting honesty & integrity from the Mercedes-Benz brand. So if you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, communication, & basic decency, look elsewhere! Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands is a shining example of everything that's wrong with the automotive industry. I certainly won't be buying or supporting their brand from now on!!
