The RN who took care of me was so amazing! She made me feel calm and relaxed. Of course my doc is is amazing. The main anesthesiologist was just ok. Not friendly at all! His assistant was great though and really sweet. Overall a good experience.
I will say though like my mom told me, for any surgeries in the future I want it at the hospital only. I had a good experience but I just don’t like the idea of this outpatient type of the thing.
My toddler just had a procedure there and I was blown away with how efficient the process was, the staffs mannerisms, and how well tailored it was to little ones. In pre-op they had a teddy bear, a coloring book, crayons, and a bee toy for her! She felt so at ease with the staff! Dr. Shah is an amazing ENT and was actually referred to me by a friend. The entire surgical team from Pre-op to PACU were amazing. I really do hope they feel valued as they were incredible and made a scary experience as comfortable as possible for all of us. Abby, Courtney, Susan, & Brigette were amazing! Margarita at the front desk was very efficient and organized.
I have had multiple surgeries in the past and in multiple different places. This place is BY far the best. The staff were absolutely amazing, specifically my OR nurse Courtney, she explained everything to my husband and I in ways we understood!
