Laura came highly recommended by a patient of mine and I drove an hour to her salon for my first appt.. Once I got to Reflections, I found her to be rude with a bad attitude. I don't know if she was having a bad morning or what, but I felt very uncomfortable. I went in for my appt. on Feb. 25 at 9:15 a.m. When she found out what time my appointment was, she asked (in a rude voice) who TOLD you 9:15 and then told me it would be a WHILE because she had to curl her customer's hair. After about 10 minutes, I got up and walked out. I will NEVER go back there again. Very unprofessional and very rude!
