Melanie is a TRUE miracle worker!! I came to see her today with a highly damaged, thin, and miscolored mess on my head. With her amazing skill, she corrected my color and gave me a cut that made my hair look healthy again! I am so thankful I found Melanie!

Melanie has been doing my hair for probably a little over a year. She's very good. She offers a range of services. Since I dont color my hair anymore she just cuts it but she's very good. I always come away very pleased with my look!

Do not recommend… treated me like an inconvenience the entire time. I told her the cut and style I wanted and she said “that will make it frizz.” I arrived at 1:25 and she was done with me before 2. She even told me she had another person waiting for her on the bench and that she was “done for the day” after I asked if she was going to put in more layers up top. She also called me “Ms impatient” and said “oh see, no there are plenty of layers. You’re good.” I told her “no I’m not impatient, I am just wanting to get what I want,, that is completely normal. Everyone does that.” All that to say, horrible people skills and she made me, intentionally or not, feel uncomfortable staying to keep trying to get what I wanted so I just said it was fine and probably looks different because of how it was styled.

Absolutely the rudest person that my wife has ever been to. I wish that I could have given negative stars. She does not even deserve the one star that I had to give. I had to call for my wife because she was in traffic and was running 12 minutes late for her appointment and she was the rudest person that I have spoke to. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.After she was done slapping the color on my wife’s hair. She literally threw the brush and color in the sink and said there you go. I wish that I could post pictures of the coloring that she has left all over my wife’s face. Then she proceeded to another person in the salon and started talking about my wife. I don’t understand how a person can do business like this.Took 50 min to root color and blow dry without any heat protection or anything and cut my wife’s hair an inch for 135.00My wife called me in tears she was so mad when she left but did not disrespect her as she could have in return for how uncomfortable and rude she was to my wife!

First off, this is the client you did NOT the husband! If I could do something to remove your license I would, you are the RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL stylist I have been to in 51 years of my life! I have NEVER been treated the way you treated me and “FOR THE RECORD” my husband was on the phone the the moment I sat in your chair and you had your attitude right off the bat! I have called one time before due to traffic YES and said I would reschedule my appt AS I DID even though you answer your phone with the upmost disrespect towards your clientele! I DONT CARE AT ALL WHATLIES YOU TELL ON HERE TO PROTECT YOUR “REPUTATION” as a “SO CALLED STYLIST” but you are not only extremely unprofessional but a ball face liar to boot! YOU DID NOT use any product on my hair and ripped through my hair with a COMB and literally had dropped a hand full of hair on the floor and said “oh honey your hair is falling out” it was extremely painful as well as damaging to my hair In all, and yes you did throw your cup of color from BEHIND me in the sink and say “THERE YOU GO” and walked out the room because I have all of it on my phone just in case you came on here LYING again like you have with every bad review that strangely enough are ALL SIMILAR!! I held my tongue in your seat by the grace of GOD and even paid you after you deserved nothing for your attitude and total disregard to my hair! You were angry when I walked in and if that were the case you SHOULD HAVE NEVER taken me in as a client and put your hands on someone’s personal head of hair at any time! You have deflected and defended your behavior to each and all reviews that are unhappy clients! YOU’RE THE PROBLEM not any one of us! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY KNOWING WHAT YOU DID, ONLY CALLING MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF LIARS?!?!?? YOU ARE ONE FOR THE BOOKS LADY! I hope NOBODY uses you anymore!
