Wonderful healthcare professionals very acknowledge, and very kind and sweet people. The pricing is wonderful as well. I cannot believe that they serve the public for reasonable prices. This is how Healthcare should be thank you so much to this clinic and the wonderful service

They never answer the phone to make an appt. and when they finally do answer they will tell you they're busy with a patient so they will take your phone number to call you back BUT NEVER WILL.

Nobody answered the call, no way to make an appointment online. I came in person during hours and all the doors were locked and nobody let me in. I gashed my side and think I’m in need of a tetanus shot and thought I could come here but I can’t.

Worst service when i went there they literally canceled my appointment without even calling me.I just stood there for them to just cancel my appointment.Like what?!?!!?.

My mother had an appointment for vaccine shot at St Luke's, it was cancelled without any notice. She received a text for 2nd shot on following day, received text that morning, cancelled. Another text stating they would text her a new location and time, still waiting. I scheduled for an appointment at conroe location by airport, that was cancelled. She arrived today, long long line, over 2 hr wait. No shot!!! Why have appointments if same time as others. This is embarrassment to Montgomery County. Get it together!!!

We observed active police officers inside The Woodlands Dillards yesterday early afternoon WITHOUT masks and a store employee told us Montgomery County doesn’t require masks. We live in Harris County where people wear masks. We do not go out much but in Harris County the majority of people wear masks which provides a level of safety for the public. We read Montgomery County response to higher daily cases was because those getting tested are sick, interesting that Montgomery County thinks they are different from all the other counties in America. Dillards had a sign on the outside requiring masks and even their own employees didn’t cover their noses, those who did seemed to be older and wiser. There were so many people in the store either not covering their nose or not dawning a mask at all that we left quickly. When we checked the Worldometer state county statistics for yesterday no surprise that Montgomery County had the highest number of new cases in all of Texas. Very disappointing we live so close to a county with such little regard for public safety.
